Each physical therapy session includes all the necessary modalities at our disposal to affect positive changes in your condition, including a 20-minute hot pack/estim treatment, a 10-minute massage, and therapeutic exercise instruction tailored to your specific needs. Our Physical Therapist will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that may also include additional modalities such as paraffin wax, therapeutic ultrasound, iontophoresis or cryotherapy.

Our sessions are typically an hour to an hour-and-a-half in length, but we never rush our patients. Your comfort and well-being are our top priority, and we take the time needed to ensure that you receive the highest quality care possible.
