Each physical therapy session includes all the necessary modalities at our disposal to affect positive changes in your condition, including a 20-minute hot pack/estim treatment, a 10-minute massage, and therapeutic exercise instruction tailored to your specific needs. Our Physical Therapist will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that may also include additional modalities such as paraffin wax, therapeutic ultrasound, light therapy or cryotherapy.
